TWO people were feared dead at Ketu, Lagos, on the second day of the Labour strike over the removal of subsidy by the Federal Government.
Though details of how they died are still sketchy, but according to eyewitnesses, a motorcycle rider populaly, called okada, carrying two passengers was knocked down by a bus while avoiding the bonfire set on the road at Demurin area.
The okada man was said to have died instantly while two of his passengers jumped off the bike. However, one was unlucky as he landed in the bonfire with the door of the bus falling over him.
He died before rescue could come his way.
